charming boutique experience with room for improvement
The concierge was exceptional, providing coffee and a light breakfast for our early departure. The staff seemed genuinely invested in our comfort, going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The luxury room provided a splendid view of the river, enhancing our stay significantly with its serene atmosphere.
The entryway could benefit from a more inviting ambiance.

Cozy and comfy vibes
I loved the cozy atmosphere here! The staff really made my stay special, super friendly and attentive. The fireplace in my room was a nice touch, and the soaker tub was just amazing after a long day. Breakfast at the bar/lounge was decent, but could've used more options. Also, the pillows were a bit too firm for my liking.

This charming boutique hotel excels in creating a comfortable stay. The room felt spacious with luxurious fittings, allowing plenty of space for our luggage. The large bathroom boasted quality towels and amenities, which added a nice touch. We loved the breakfast, even if it was simple. it hit the spot. The location is perfect, surrounded by delightful cafes and restaurants and just a quick walk to the river. Staff contributed to the pleasant experience—each interaction felt personal and welcoming. However, the air conditioning in our luxury suite didn't work properly, which made the warm nights less enjoyable. Street noise was also a bit disruptive, particularly with the restaurant patio just outside our window at night. It seems a room further from the street could be quieter. I reported some cleanliness issues with dirt and dust bunnies under the bed that could've been addressed more thoroughly before our arrival. Overall, while they nailed the ambiance and comfort, some minor adjustments in maintenance and room placement could really enhance the experience.

fantastic location, underground secure parking, free bike usage
Some details in the room just didn't hit the mark!!! The frequent emails left me uneasy about my reservation, and lack of response certainly didn’t add any confidence either!!!

This was just an ideal choice for a weekend stopover in Calgary with all in all brilliant value for money. Nathan ensured our late room service orders were well taken care of, which was greatly appreciated. Make sure to check if room service has added gratuity charges on your bill.
